Step-by-step instructions for configuring, positioning and editing KIMA drawers in PYTHA.
Start KIMA drawer generator in PYTHA. The main window contains the drawer data and ordering options. Some of the most recently used settings are reused within the project.
Use Select width, direction and origin to select three points in the model:
With Manual input, the internal cabinet width, origin and rotation can be entered manually. This is useful when the width is already known or when you want to correct the position without selecting the three points again.
The available heights depend on the selected main material. Nominal depth can be selected from 250 to 750 mm, using the depth options provided by the plugin.
Generated geometry may differ slightly from the nominal dimensions depending on drawer type and material; the plugin applies the correct construction automatically.
When a Tip-on drawer slide is selected, the plugin disables the separate Tip-on set and synchronisation rod. Available options are also restricted according to nominal depth and internal cabinet width.
Enable Filler profile(s) to select the left side, right side or both sides. Available colours are White, Oriongrey and Black. The plugin automatically deducts the required space from the width used to build the drawer: 25 mm for each selected side.

A drawer created by the plugin can be reopened using PYTHA's edit function. The stored drawer data is loaded and the configuration window opens again. After confirmation, the existing drawer is rebuilt using the updated settings.
